An Ultrasound-Focused Wilderness Adventure Race

Join us at Joshua Tree National Park for SonoWAR, a unique event merging ultrasound and wilderness medicine. This half-day relay race provides a hands-on learning experience for emergency medicine residents, bringing together practical skills and a spirit of competition.

Inspired by the SonoWAR event hosted on Belle Isle in Detroit, MI by Detroit EUS, we aim to provide the opportunity for a regional, collaborative wilderness medicine event for Southern California. Connect with other emergency medicine residency programs, challenge your skills, and learn in a dynamic setting. Attendance includes lunch and the option to camp the night prior and the night of.
